Elite Destinations annual travel insurance provides worldwide
24-hour emergency travel assistance, emergency medical transportation, emergency
medical/dental coverage, rental car collision/loss damage (Premier products only),
travel accident insurance and baggage protection. Plus, Elite Destinations Premier
provides trip interruption/cancellation and concierge services.
Why should I purchase Elite
Destinations annual travel insurance?
Annual travel insurance insures your financial investment (up to
the amount of your policy limits) due to unforeseen circumstances for all of your
travels throughout the year with just one purchase. You'll recoup the cost of non-refundable

What will the 24-hour Hotline Help
do for me?
The 24-hour hotline is staffed with multilingual specialists, trained
to help travelers with emergency medical, legal or travel help. And should a medical
emergency arise, we will coordinate medical assistance and emergency transportation.
For those that purchase the Premier level, Concierge services are also available
in case you need assistance with making dining reservation, securing hard-to-get
tickets, locating artwork and even handling shipping services for precious items
procured abroad.
Can I cancel my trip for any reason
and get all my money back?
No. Coverage will only refund prepaid, non-refundable payments
if you have to cancel for a covered reason. Covered reasons include sudden medical
emergencies, death of a family member or traveling companion, certain terrorist
acts, bad weather that completely shuts down your common carrier, or being called
for jury duty. There are other reasons as well; see the Certificate of Insurance/Policy
for complete details. Please note that no benefits will be extended for cancellations
due to business obligations or simply changing your mind, as these are not covered
reasons.
Are there events or medical conditions
that are not covered?
Every insurance plan contains restrictions and limitations. existing
medical conditions are one of these limitations. For more information, please refer
to the Certificate of Insurance/Policy, or contact Elite Destinations at 800-260-8635
to receive more detailed information.
Who provides the insurance for
Elite Destinations policies?
The insurance coverage from Mondial Assistance is provided under Form
No. 52.401 or 52.201 issued by BCS Insurance Company or Form No. 101-C-XX-01 or
101-P-XX-01 issued by Jefferson Insurance Company. BCS Insurance Company is rated
"A-"(Excellent), and Jefferson Insurance Company is rated "A" (Excellent) by A.M.
Best Co. Your insurance comes with certain limitations and exclusions. Please refer
to the
Certificate of Insurance/Policy for the exclusions, limitations,
and conditions that may apply.
Is my family covered under the
Elite Destinations annual travel insurance?
Yes. Family coverage includes you and your family members or domestic
partner living in the same household, whether you travel separately or together.
When does coverage of Elite
Destinations annual travel insurance begin?
Coverage begins at 12:01 a.m. on the date shown on the Letter of
Confirmation, subject to payment of premium, and ends at 12:01 a.m. on the 366th
day after the Coverage Term start date.
Will you refund the premium?
We offer a 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund
your insurance premium if you cancel your insurance within 10 days of purchase and
have not filed a claim or departed on your trip.

How do I file a claim?
To file a claim, you can call Elite Destinations anytime to
speak with a Claims Representative. The Claims Representative will begin the claim
and indicate what documentation you will need to provide to file your claim.

When is the best time to purchase
Elite Destinations annual travel insurance in order to be covered?
Right away! You can buy Elite Destinations annual travel insurance
up until the day before you leave on your trip, but we recommend you purchase as
early as possible to have the greater peace of mind that comes with knowing you're
covered. And once you purchase it the first time, you're covered for all trips for
a year!
